If I hire you to work on my resume/interview skills, will you get me a job?
Our resume writing and interview coaching services will prepare you for your job search. You will learn how to market yourself and you will maximize your odds of landing each position you pursue.
I have a lot of experience interviewing, how will your Interview Coaching Service help me?
Our interview coaching service is designed to provide two primary benefits. First, it will teach you techniques that are very effective. Second, our practice interviews will give you specific feedback and will help you target ways to improve your interview technique.
I’ve never interviewed before, can you help me?
Absolutely. Our coaching course will teach you what to expect in an interview, starting with the basics. By the time we start the practice interviews, you will have an understanding of what to do. With the three practice interviews, your skill level will improve, preparing you for your first real interview.
I’m pretty good at interviewing, but it’s been a few years since the last time I looked for a job. What will your service do for me?
For job seekers that are good at interviewing, but out of practice, one or more practice interviews can help polish your skill level. Imagine for a moment that you have a life threatening medical condition and the doctor that is going to operate on you hasn’t performed the procedure you need in the last three or four years. Will you hope the doctor remembers the procedure clearly? Would you rather he practice on a few other people before he opens you up? Now, in your career search, do you want to go into your first interview without any practice?
What does a resume review include?
A resume review offers job seekers an objective, professional assessment of their resume. We review 61 criteria, including structure, format, grammar and content. This is a good option if you are comfortable creating your resume yourself and just want a second opinion. The resume review service does not include any resume writing, modifying or editing services. We designed this service as an affordable way for individuals to get help without buying a full resume writing service.
What does a practice interview include?
A practice interview is an interview performed by one of our expert interviewers. It has eight questions and gives you an opportunity to practice before heading into the real thing. We will also provide an assessment and suggestions at the conclusion of the interview.

What guarantee do you give that your coaching will land me a job?
We will provide exceptional advice and coaching and improve your interview skills and confidence. Your use of that advice, coupled with your career expectations, the state of the job market and other factors, will affect your overall job search success.
Do you offer any guarantees?
With our interviewing coaching course, we offer an excellent guarantee. Signup for the course and complete the first coaching session. If you’re not satisfied that the first coaching session is valuable, cancel the course and we will refund all of your money.

Palladian is both an executive recruiting firm and a career coaching firm. As an executive recruiting firm, we identify and attract the most talented individuals to our clients. If I want to send one of your recruiters my resume, do I have to buy your coaching services?
No. We would love to review your resume and see if it is a fit for one of our clients.

What will Palladian do with my email address and other contact information?
We do not sell email addresses or other personal information to outside firms. We may on occasion contact you. We maintain an opt-out database of individuals that do not want to receive emails from us. For more information, read our Privacy Policy.
I don’t want anyone to know I’m looking for a job - what will you do with my resume?
We never publish resumes and only send them to a client after a discussion with the candidate. Our clients expect us to find great candidates to hire and one of the most important factors is finding people that will want to take the position. Because of that, we will not send a resume to a client without the candidate indicating that they are interested in the opportunity. We will not contact references without your permission.
How do I know I can trust you with my credit card information?
We do not collect credit card information. We set up our merchant services through PayPal. When you buy coaching services, you will be directed to PayPal, and they will process your credit card information. PayPal does not provide us with your credit card information. We selected PayPal because of their excellent reputation for security.
How do I know you are a real business?
