Interview Coaching
Many people find that their interview skills grow stale between job searches and their first few interviews are below their capability. There's no need for this, as we can help make sure your first interview is a winner.
The Palladian Interview Coaching service provides you with coaching and practice as you prepare for your next career move. We will provide you with techniques that will help you stand out from the crowd. We will also give you a chance to rehearse so that you are confident and prepared. Throughout our interview prep process, we will work with you to tailor the interviews to meet your specific needs.
The Interview Coaching Process
1st Session - Coaching- Overview of the recruiting process and discussion of the one question you will hear in virtually every interview.
2nd Session - Coaching: Discussion of techniques for preparing answers and how to modify these answers for almost any question.
3rd Session - Practice Interview: Structured interview with detailed, specific feedback at the conclusion.
4th Session - Practice Interview: Structured interview with detailed, specific feedback at the conclusion.
5th Session - Practice Interview: Structured interview with detailed, specific feedback at the conclusion.
Between each session, we will provide preparation activities for you to complete. These activities will help to reinforce the techniques we teach in the first two sessions and will help you develop the answers you will use. We recommend two to three days between each session to provide sufficient preparation time.

Below is a recording of a short four question interview with a transitioning military officer. The recording includes the questions, the candidate's answers and the coaching and feedback provided. Note: our standard practice interview is eight questions.
In addition to the immediate feedback at the conclusion of each interview, we provide a detailed written assessment of the inteview with additional instructions for how to improve.
