Resume Review:

Their afraid to find out the resume they have been sending to employers has major problems. So they continue to send it out. For job seekers who want to maximize their chances of success, getting professional advice is critical. You know your background so well, it can be impossible to see your resume in the same way as a hiring manager who knows nothing about you.
In our Resume Resume Service, we will assess your resume. We don't pull any pounches. If your resume is terrible, we'll tell you. If your resume is good, but can be better, we'll show you how. With every problem we identify, we will provide the solution. You will receive instructions for how to rewrite your resume to make it more effective.

Mock Interview:
You only get one chance when you interview with a company. If you don't do well, there are no mulligans or do-overs. To get the job you want, you need to be prepared and you need to know what to expect. Of all the steps in preparing, the most important is practicing your interview skills. The more you practice, the better you will get. Unfortunately, most job seekers rely on a series of failed interview attempts as their only practice. This is inefficient and only provides a hire/no-hire decision as feedback. Palladian offers job seekers the opportunity to practice their interview skills with a trained interview coach.
In a mock interview, we ask a series of questions tailored to your situation and career goals. After the interview, you will receive:
- Immediate feedback so you know how you did
- Specific recommendations for how you can improve
- Recording of the Interview and Critique
Interview Recordings: We record mock interviews to ensure you get the maximum benefit out of the session. You will be able to listen to the answers you gave and our critique. With our assessment, we also provide examples of how to say things differently. This is particularly helpful with your positioning statement. You won't need to take detailed notes - you can listen to the session as many times as you want. Many of our customers have said this is the most valuable aspect of the training, even the ones who were initially relucant to be recorded found this feature of the sessions incredibly beneficial.

Once we receive your order, we will contact you (typically within 24 hours) to schedule the mock interview and to learn about your specific needs. Each mock interview we conduct has a custom set of questions we select based on your specific industry, job and situation.

Interview Coaching
Our interview prep programs teach powerful techniques and skills you need to excel in your next interview. Too many job seekers continue to make the same mistakes in interviews over and over again. We focus on specific changes you can make quickly that will dramatically impact your interview performance. We offer four interview packages:
Interview Intro's: This program focuses on your summary statement, the answer you give to the "Tell Me About Yourself" question that kicks off most interviews. Answering this question effectively is critical to getting your interview off on the right foot. In our Interview Intro's program, we will spend three 30 minute coaching sessions working on this aspect of your interview.
Interview Intro's Coaching Program : $125
STAR(L): The STAR(L) is an extremely powerful technique for answering questions. It focuses on telling stories about past accomplishments to answer questions. The goal is to show the interview very clearly how you have successed in the past and demonstrate your potential to succeed in the future. Our STAR(L) coaching program includes three 45 minute sessions. The first session will review how the STAR(L) works and teach you how to prepare stories you can use to build STAR(L) answers. The second and third sessions will work on these stories, teaching you how to improve them and how to apply them to vitually any interview question you encounter.

Interivew Prep Tune-Up: The Interview Prep Tune-Up is designed for job seekers that have a lot of experience interviewing and want to get some practice quickly. The Tune-Up includes three sessions. The first session focuses on your positioning statement. This is the foundation of your "Tell Me About Yourself" answer and the answer to the question "Why should I hire you?" The next two sessions are mock interviews. We will tailor the style of the mock interviews to your specific needs. With the Interview Prep Tune-Up, you can get your interview skills up to speed quickly.
Interview Prep Tune-Up : $299
Behavioral Interview Prep Program - Our Behavioral Interview Prep Program will prepare you thoroughly for your next behavioral interview. The program includes three 30-minute coaching sessions, where we will work with you to build a set of stories from your experience that you can use to answer behavioral questions. The program also includes two behavioral mock interviews, allowing you to practice the skills and techniques you learn in the coaching sessions.
